Excellent product. Does exactly what it says on the advertising. Easy to use. Forgiving (I keep sitting on mine). Various settings allow for individual needs. Warms up quickly. Does the job. One slight challenge - it only just fits me. I have a 44" stomach.

I really love this, it’s exactly what I was expecting, and great for soothing my aching back / keeping me warm whilst working from home. The listing is a little ambiguous and this is not portable (ie you can’t walk around wearing it)- you do need to remain plugged in. I’m not going to dock a star for this despite the inconvenience if I need to get up, as I was quite aware of this. I chose this because it was a little cheaper than the portable options, and because I know I’m a nightmare for remembering to charge things. What the listing means is that the belt part can be detached, so you can have this as a blanket to lay over you should you desire. Lovely soft fabric, good strong Velcro which seems to have quite a good reach for larger waists, and the temperature and timer can be controlled with a handy keypad. Great if you don’t want to heat the whole house when you’re sat still for a long while.

Bought for easing back pain when sitting at desk working - really helps and is very comfortable to wear - good range if temerature controls to gently heat painful lower back

Helps with period pain relief, quick heating and soft against the body

Bought it for my wife. She likes that the belt can fit almost everywhere from neck down to legs, can walk around with it on, can warm hands whilst warming back, should relieve period pains, seems to be well made. The only negative was that the water bottle could be bigger given the size of the pouch.

Great product, poorly made, let down by using cheap zips, my zip broke after 2 uses. Returned for refund, if it never had zips, this would have been a great product for lower back pain

This is the 3rd one I have bought for various family members, who suffer with chronic pain. It is very simple to use and has different temperature settings and a timer. I like the fact that you can wrap it round and secure with velcro, and it doesn'tmove. It is very comfortable and soft to wear. Amazing value for money too.
