This lamp seems sturdy and was easy to put together. I noticed a sticky feeling to the glass panels on the globe. I posted a question about it and Bieye Lighting (the manufacturer) responded, "The sticky substance on the glass is oil. We use mineral oil as a part of the finishing process. The stained glass pieces are welded together with tin solder; The oil will prevent the solder from rusting and make the glass pieces look brighter. Please use a soft dry cloth to remove any excess oil." (However, I had already used paper towels and "Goo Gone" to wipe the panels.) I love the look of the lamp and it adds a nice ambiance to a little corner of the room. One picture is with the overhead light on and the other picture is without an overhead light. I am happy with the purchase.

I just received these I ordered 2 . It’s very TINY !! 15 inches tall I’m adjusting to the height . I’ve had a Huge hassle finding light bulbs . I suggest you order the bulbs it advertises with the lamp . You need a very small light bulb . The more I look at them the more I like them. I think they are a great value for the money they are sturdy the glass isn’t thin at all they seem to be well made I’ve waited for these to come back in stock. I wasn’t initially thrilled again the light bulb issue was main reason. It does not come with a light bulb. I would buy them again it’s the attention to detail with these lamps they are very pretty . I’m very happy with these lamps .

The lamp shade is so pretty but I had to replace the lamp base. The light bulb base does not fit standard light bulbs making it a pain to find the right one. The on/off switch is in the cord itself, not the lamp, which I hate. Nowhere in the description does it say in line switch.

I wanted a small lamp for a bedroom and ran across this lamp. I love it! It’s well made, perfect amount of light and I highly recommend it. In fact, I may be ordering a second one for another bedroom.

I bought two of these lamps for bedside tables. They are beautiful, well made, and for the most part, I'm very happy with them. Using a smaller bulb is necessary, but not a problem - they are small lamps. My only issue is the on/off switch. I know that's how lamps are made now instead of the handier switch up on the lamp. But these are really annoying because the switch is like 18" down the cord, which makes it impossible to reach. If you have to put the switch on the cord, at least put it maybe 6" from the lamp. I'll keep them anyway, because I love them, but I might try to get someone to shorten the cord to the switch.

I bought this for my nightstand. It's super cute and I love it. However, it is made a plastic and I don't expect it to last all that long. However, I will enjoy it for as long as it lasts.

I *do* like this lamp. It does not give off quite enough light to be a good "reading" light (although I think it would be if I had it placed higher). But it's a soft comforting light - nice when one is winding down before going to bed. The base is sturdy with some heft to it - which is also nice - this is not some flimsy lightweight ripoff fake Tiffany lamp. No, this lamp is smallish, but it's the Real McCoy and well crafted. This was also very carefully packaged - definitely packed to keep that glass shade safe. This is a great deal for the price, imho!I've added a photo of the energy efficient bulb I used in the lamp since someone asked a question about the bulb size.

Very well made lamp. Solid tiffany shade and beautiful to look at. Works as expected and despite other reviewers comments/complaints about bulb size and switch placement on the cord, I could not find any issue with the lamp...except...lamp base color. The lamp base color is offered in white and brown. This lamp would probably be even much more appealing if the lamp base was offered in black, rather than or as an alternative to brown. The table we are using for the lamp is black, and with the brown base, does create a stark and somewhat unappealing overall look to a relatively beautiful lamp. Just something to consider. Regardless, this lamp is a winner.
