Okay, so I take my coffee pretty seriously. I hand grind my own beans and take the time to do everything right. I’ve always loved cold brew but have had a really hard time finding a good cold brew coffee maker that meets my needs, until now. This thing is AMAZING. First off, it looks great and it’s built with quality which is important. The size of it is great, I opted for this bigger one over their smaller brewer because I drink a lot of coffee and felt it was better suited for multiple people (sometimes I have friends come over and it’s nice to be able to offer them high quality cold brew, they love it). The coffee it makes it also fantastic. They nailed the design and the brew ratio is perfect. I can’t stop drinking this stuff. Lastly, the packaging and directions are on point. Coffee Panda emailed me after I made my purchase and in the email came special cold brew recipes and a really sweet message from the owners. You can tell they care about their product and their brand. I sent them an email with a question and they answered me in less than an hour. Now that is customer service. Very satisfied customer here and I don’t usually write reviews like this but felt this one deserved it. I don’t think you will regret buying this cold brew coffee maker at all!

Absolutely love this thing! It's such a convenient addition to our lives, and with good coffee grounds makes super delicious coffee!! My wife and I have already decided to send this thing to everyone we know in our lives who likes good iced coffee (doesn't get any better than cold brew!). After trying some of the other brands like the Takeya, Ovalware and Gator, we found they all had room to improve - either materials were cheap, or design had some inconveniences that get to be a drag over time. Only the Coffee Panda checked all the boxes (we really did our homework hah!). The Panda is beautifully designed, includes a really nice stainless steel filter, stirring spoon and ice insert and the instructions are super clear and nicely laid out. The team behind this clearly cares, which makes me doubly happy to own their products! They even include an e-book guide to get the most out of the cold brewer! Can't recommend this guy enough.

I've had the product for month and the threading the holds the plastic insert failed so when you mix the coffee grounds to ensure they're saturated (what the long spoon is provided to accomplish) with water it falls out and creates a mess. Flawed design or I just got a bad item. I would avoid buying this and go with a Toddy or if you need large volume the gallon jars with stainless insert.

On the pitcher the ratio to water results in weak coffee flavor. The cylinder (for the grounds) too easily detaches from the spout section. The rubber base too easily falls off the pitcher base.

This was bought as a gift. I read all the information on various cold-brew makers on the market, and took a chance on this one. my Hub found the end result to be weak, so he found something else and bought it. I didn't feel good about returning it; he had used it too much testing it. It is a good product, nicely designed. It's just my Hub who is a fussy bunny. I think that this information should have been in the description: Cannot make strong cold brew.

Pretty good pot, cleans and assembles easy. The rubber foot at the bottom is a bit lazy feeling. It is not permanently attached. Tends to collect a lot of moisture but it's not that big a deal. Just pop it off to dry. The filter fills up a bit fast since it's so slender. Overall though product feels and works great.

UPDATE: After contacting the company I was EXTREMELY impressed with the prompt, excellent customer service to resolve my issue. That alone warranted an increase in star rating. I will definitely purchase another Coffee Panda in the future. Also, If they would combine the locking mechanism for the filter of the 1.3L pitcher with the durable mesh core of the 1.8L they would definitely have a home run product!! I just completed my first batch of Cold Brew using the Coffee Panda and the taste is fantastic as is the ease of use. The only problem I have is the coffee filter core doesn't fit in the lid very well. I had it fall out twice while I was VERY GENTLY stirring the grounds. Luckily, I was able to catch it against the side both times with the spoon and was able to salvage the batch but it is extremely irritating. I may contact the company and see if there is a defect in the core or return it and try another brand.

Just prior to arrival the seller emailed a nice note about the company and instructions/tips for the use of the coffee maker. It is very obvious the seller is very proud of the product and strives for their customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. As for the coffee, I have really enjoyed the cold brew coffee that comes from this product. I used to brew a warm pot of coffee, let cool, and then place in the fridge. After switching to the Coffee Panda for my cold coffee desires, I immediately noticed this cold brew lacked a bitterness that often comes with the traditional method of brewing (hot). I've even noticed the taste of the Coffee Panda cold brew to be so smooth, it wasn't necessary to add cream or sugar to balance it out. I will definitely be recommending this product to my friends and family.
