Sleep Glow Light, Double Pack, White

Thought I would share my experience since I have three Casper Glow lights that I bought back in 2019. My wife and I love our glow lights and we have never had any issues, we even purchased one as a gift for our neighbors for Christmas because we have been so impressed with their functionality and design. All three of my lights still function perfectly with no issues. Two of these lights get used daily as they sit next to both sides of our bed and are connected so they turn on/off in sync with each other. They also are set to "wake up" every morning and we've never had any issues with them not doing this. The third light is in our child's room and is used less often, but still has had plenty of use over the years and has never had any issues. I noticed a ton of reviews on here complaining about these lights not working after just a few months, and that has not been our experience at all. The only reason I could see this happening is if they or their child was accidentally dropping the lights on the ground. (I could see this easily happening to someone with smaller hands or just not being careful because these lights are not very grippy) The other issue could be that the lights are not getting properly "seated" on their charging base, which is causing the lights to lose their charge and making people think that the light has stopped functioning properly. It is very easy to set the light down on the base and not get it seated properly because the groove the lights sit in are very shallow. This is probably my biggest complaint about these lights in general. I also saw someone complain that these lights are not compatible with android models? That is not true. I have use three different android models with these lights since 2019 and all of them have functioned correctly with the Casper glow light app. I'm currently using a Google Pixel 6 Pro on Android 14 and have no issues. I love these lights and hope that Casper will do an updated version in the future with a few more features.

I got two different glow lights and both of them were defective. Neither will charge and they both won’t turn on. I’m very disappointed as I already bought one and had to return it because of the same issue? meanwhile I purchased another one just for it to have the same issue. For how much these lights are it’s absolutely unacceptable to have this sort of quality issue. I wish I could give it less than 1 star

This is a FANTASTIC light for a wide variety of uses. The warm light is perfect, providing a relaxing and calming feel to accommodate an office environment, a late-night snack, or a bathroom visit. The pairing feature is excellent, and allows you to pair more than two (thank you!). I am worried about durability, but this isn't too surprising considering this is an electronic light. Important: if your light stops working, it may simply need to be reset by holding both buttons at the same time. I have found this to fix any issue that arises.

At first, I thought it was broken and even submitted a return, but it turned out I just hadn’t read the instructions properly. Once I figured it out, I absolutely loved it. The light is soft and cozy when dimmed, creating a warm atmosphere in my studio. If it keeps working like this, it might be the best ambient light I’ve ever bought. The only downsides are that the controls take a little learning—without reading the instructions or watching a demo it’s easy to get confused—and the brightest setting can feel a bit harsh. But once dimmed, it’s perfect.

I love these convenient lights. I never have to use the big light. However, one of them wouldn’t charge on either charger. I’m returning and hoping the next set works.

I really like this device. It dosen't have a subscription compared to the hatch restore (WTF a subscription for an alarm???? Are you serious) and it wakes me up in the morning. I like the controls it has and the flipping features. The only thing that confused me was that it took a really long time to charge when you open it from the box. Not an Open and use right away. Well that issues disappeared and it has great use now

Junk. First one stopped working after a few months. They sent me a free replacement. That one stopped working now too.

Aesthetically, this is appealing. The app is basic, but it works. Unfortunately, after enjoying the product for 7 months, the charging base died. Customer service doesn't answer the phone. The chat took ages, and then I was prompted to take multiple photos of the base to prove that it didn't work. I can confirm the problem is the base as we own another Casper Glow that can charge the light. Bottom line, they've made an attractive product, but as many reviews attest, it is not good quality. Worse, the company doesn't provide good support even under warranty.

These are the second set I've bought. They've improved the base connectors I see, making them more sturdy. I think the lights are fabulous. They contain a gyroscope that enables you to control them by turning them upside down or giving one a wee shoogle to provide a gentle light to take with you on night-time excursions. You can pair them (or in my case multi-connect them) and provide a lovely dusk and dawn. They're really nice to hold too. I see some people saying theirs didn't work. Well, mine arrived switched off (all that shoogling en-route would have tired them out) so you need to charge them and then press both ends simultaneously and hold for about a minute and they'll come to life in your hands :)
