Good sound quality
The 5W sound blouetooth system has been good. We are really enjoying the product but still battery is very poor. When I give full charge sound lasting only 5 minutes. What can I do to restraint this product. I am now in Kolkata. Please suggest.

Worst product
USB PORT DOES NOT WORK. THIS WAS PURCHASED TO LISTEN TO BHAJANS & OTHER SPIRITUAL TALKS THROUGH PEN DRIVES. FROM DAY ONE OF PURCHASE USB PORT DID NOT FUNCTION.THIS IS NON RETURNABLE ITEM AND NO REFUND COULD BE ASKED FOR.RETURNS ONLY FOR REPLACEMENT. THAT COULD LEAD TO UNENDING PROBLEM. TO AVOID THAT, I HAVE PUT THAT SAFELY IN MY CUPBOARD.OF LATE AMAZON IS ENTERTAINING SUCH VENDORS.A SENIOR CITIZEN LIKE ME IS HARRASSED BOTH MENTALLY AND FINANCIALLY.KINDLY INITIATE REFUND.
