love love love this it came earlier than i was expecting neatly packed as soon as i got it i wanted to see how it worked as my floors was minging did a brilliant job on the floors a lot of spray came out when pressed loved it cant fault it would defently reccomend

All parts are very flimsy. Difficult to keep top part of handle together. The spray system is weak. Very disappointed

Very poor quality. Flimsy. Once put together it was leaking water. I did try to contact the manufacturer to enquire about a replacement. But no one got back to me. The water spray is rubbish. Would not recommend. Ended up returning and getting a full refund.

The media could not be loaded.  I quite like the product because the low profile makes it easy to clean under the furniture and white goods.The bottle does not drip or leak.The spray works very well.The downside for me is the fact that it comes with just one pad.

The media could not be loaded.  Good mop was little unclear instruction how to assemble as one of the parts is not mentioned in instruction how it has to be placed for spray trigger.Easy to remove and refill the bottle for the spray and also mop heads is easy to change as needs to be pulled off and sticks back on velcro .Overall good product

This spray mop has made cleaning the hallway and kitchen floors a dream. I don’t miss using an old mop and bucket!Putting the mop together takes all of 20 seconds, mixing a cleaning solution is fast, and I can start mopping in about a minute if that. The spray function works very well, and the microfibre cloth head does a great job on the floors. I can be done so much quicker now, and because I’m not saturating the floor with water it means I don’t have to wait as long for the floor to dry.Finally, the mop head is super easy to clean. Just throw it in the wash and you’re good!The only downside is that it could do with a spare mop head, say if you like to dry mop to dust floors, and then wet mop to clean.

I was quite disappointed with this mop. I've had others in the past that were cheaper and better quality.Unfortunately this one is lacking in quality for the price.It's easy enough to put together and there are clear instructions in the boxHowever, the bottle is a cheap plastic and so is the spray mechanism.The spray barely works, it just pumps a very small squirt so I have to pump the handle many times to get enough water out to clean the floor.It's quicker and easier just to use a spray bottle which is what I will be doing in futureThe head does rotate giving good movement though and the mop pad is replaceable and washable.For the price I don't think it's worth the money. I would only pay between £10 to £12 maximum for this.Perhaps the spray on mine is faulty and not all of them are as poor.
