The product received was damaged. And it was reported by assembling support team itself. When I tried for a replacement as I got the great offer in festival season sale, Amazon associate said sorry for replacement. I lost my one month emi which I gave to sbi credit card. For delivering the item in 16 days keeping my money for so long. N Amazon is refunding me the only amount. My emi conversion amount also went vain. I lost 2300rs without anything.

I lacked one star only bcoz of the insufficient supplies of installation materials.The bolts that are being required to be fastened with the heavy duty nuts are also required to be provided with washers to ensure better stability and avoid the damage of threads.MDF board could be coated with a thin layer of sealer to ensure lesser smell of MDF odours and also making it moisture resistant.Also one support is carrying natural crack that could be avoided and somehow is installed as it is.I anyways would love to rate 5 star for the great product, if the above mentioned issues can be resolved.

Everything about the order was downright pathetic. Details below1)Delivery folks delivered 2 boxes of about 80kg into ground floor and declined to carry it to first floor.They stated it would be done by installation team. The delivery was done by Delhivery by 2 people and among the 2,one person was very weak and he would hardly carry the package.2)I kept calling the installation folks for about 10 times and at the end of the day they said I was not reachable and declined the service.Same thing happened next day as well.3) Without installation service I thought of installing it on my own. With great difficulty I removed the packaging of one of the boxes and carried individual parts one after the other which were quite heavy themselves. On removing the second box to my surprise it contained the same set of items as in first box.The boxes didn't contain any headboard related material but 2 identical footboard related items. The whole delivery ended up being usefuless. I called up Amazon to check if they could help with repacking , they declined it blindly with no responsibility for the mess up they had done. I was left with herculian task to carry all items of one box from first floor back to ground floor. After that I had to again repack all items into 2 boxes with all cushioning to avoid any damages. Luckily I had unpacked the items with great care not to cut any packaging wires or any packaging materials else I will have to buy all the packing items or get professional packing services which would have been very difficult to get in a rural place like mine. Finally had to take a leave to get the packaging done by myself.4) The pickup service was no good either.They kept calling from morning but turned up only at evening. The service was done by Delhivery again.This time service was worse. They had brought a small auto which just about managed to accomodate the 2 boxes. Among the 2 guys who had come, one was an old man. He couldn't pickup anything really. These 2 guys made serious scraches to my main door made of teak wood. I finally had to lend them a hand to avoid any further damages.5) All in all even though refund was done,even to this day I get nightmares of this order. Financially Amazon will only refund the money for the mistake it made but psychologically/physically the order has caused me too much of stress and trauma which Amazon cannot reverse.

The listing says termite free but came with some bugs like mentioned in another review. Not sure if they meant they'll send some termites for free. Lucky for us, these bugs were dead.Quality wise, seems above average for the price. We got it for 20k but Amazon reduced the price to 17k or so a week after we got it which was quite disappointing. Wood has some issues with fit and finish, some chipping in some areas. But overall, not too bad.There are many other fancier looking designs from brands like spacewood and nilkamal in the price range but most of them are engineered wood which may not feel as solid and can become wobbly in a few years. So I would recommend this for someone looking for a solid wood bed under 20k. The back support of those cushions are quite good and not a gimmick. Pair this with an 8in matteress.

Best queen size bed; heavy to deliver. Had some issues while delivery as delivery guys were asking for extra support as it was took heav to pick and hence xtra money .. wish Amazon would have mentioned this earlier..Also I have to recheck what installMent plan got activated as I can’t figure out the calculation

Guys, Its price looks lucrative when you compare it with other brands but let me tell you why:1. They use defective wood.2. Not a clean finished product.3. Some parts of beds like base and upper chest are just a piece of cardboard.4. Cheap material used in hinges and backrest cushions.5. Worst delivery and pickup, If any of the item is missing in package they will ask you to de-assemble whole bed and and then they will take another week for pickup and delivery.5. Overall a low quality productIts better if you spend some money extra and buy from some another brand.Big no to the Amazon solimo online furniture.Wastage of time, money and resources.
