Screen ripped after less than 6 months of having it, and now I'm a week passed the time to return it. (Update) company reached out after my review was posted and wanted to make it right. They ended up sending out a brand new screen at zero cost to me and no questions asked. The screen did rip quite early, but the customer service was phenomenal.

Picture this Ohio, 2022. Severe neck and back pain. Sleepless nights on the search for the perfect pillow. I never thought I was the princess and the pea when it came to sleep until I couldn’t find a pillow anymore that works for me. In one night of sleeping on this pillow it has completely removed all of my neck pain. And I know I know you think how how could’ve done that well, I’ve been using expensive pillows and cheap pillows With no good outcome. So then I resorted to sleeping without a pillow and it actually seem to help a little bit but it was still not good for my neck and back and hips. I would literally wake up all the way down my back to my hips would be sore out of whack chiropractic visits. I’ve been sleeping on this pillow for two days now I’m a weirdo and I sleep like a corpse so I need some thing that just supports and cradles my neck. It feels like my head is being cradle by my mothers hands. The neck is ported when I turn , from one side to the other my head is perfectly placed in the pillow. And I’m bougie and I have lash extensions and don’t want to crush them so this keeps my head where I need it to be so that I don’t lose my lashes. So if you’re somebody who’s extra like me, and sleeps like a corpse with their lashes on, and this pillows for you .

This pillow did a good job of relieving and supporting the tense muscles in my neck. By fixing my posture it helped in improving my sleep. I definitely recommend this pillow.

This device is simple to use, line up the base to the top of your shoulders and slowly relax your neck. It takes me a few minutes to reach full relaxation and feel gravity take hold. The device is firm but has just enough play in it to make it forgiving. After a few weeks of daily use for 5-10 minutes, I feel a massive improvement.

I purchased this for myself because I'm a side sleeper and I have been waking up with horrible neck pains. I've had what I thought was a good pillow for 2 years but it's now just giving me pain. I purchased a bamboo one and a serta one hoping to help, but it's so hard or higher that it's uncomfortable to sleep in and I'm just in the same pain. This let's me sink in better and keeps me in a better position through the night that I don't wake up with pain. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and I can say.... I found a keeper. Also, love that it blends will with my other pillows.

This pillow is soft, yet supportive. It doesn't hurt my ears as done pillows have. I did not notice any overwhelming synthetic smells. I use it with my full face cpap mask, and it gets in the way of the mask. It isn't so bad that it is a deal breaker though.

The ergonomic shape looked like it would really help my cervical stenosis.I am happy to report that this has supported my neck while side sleeping very well. A significant reduction in numbness and tingling in my hands. Helps maintain my neck alignment after chiropractic adjustments. Did not eliminate snoring, but helped reduce it.
