I love this stuff
Great shampoo! I use it once a week and I really like the smell. I love the tingling of the tea tree on my scalp. I use it in my beard as well. It works great on my face and softens my beard.

Worth the cost!
As a senior woman with oily scalp and hair, I tried the shampoo & conditioner. I have very short hair, and using these products reduced the oily scalp and hair. A glorious scalp tingle every time I shampoo. One caveat - don’t get ANY hair water (even after rinsing) in your eyes. This stuff burns like the devil! A little bit of shampoo/conditioner goes a long way, so it’s worth every penny.

Expensive, but works for me
I was dealing with severe dandruff and hairloss and couldn't figure out why. I decided to bite the bullet and buy this, and I'm glad I did. After a couple of weeks of using it a few times a week, my dandruff is significantly improved and I'm not losing hair nearly as much. It does have a strong scent but I actually like it. I've also added peppermint oil to it when using it and that helps as well. Hopefully the price drops because I want more!

Gentle scalp tingles
This has become my go-to shampoo. I mostly like that it cleans my hair and gives you a refreshing tingling sensation on the scalp and you get this coolness sensation afterward as well. However, it's a fairly expensive shampoo compared to competitors. • Scalp sensation (5/5): The standout feature is the refreshing tingle it leaves on the scalp. It feels clean and cool even after you've washed it off. • Cleansing performance (4/5): I use men's hair product to style my hair and this does a decent job removing it. • Downside (3/5): If it drips toward your eyes, it can sting and takes a good rinse to get rid of the burn. That’s something to watch out for, especially if you’re in a rush. Overall value (4/5): Premium price for a premium product. Bottom line: If you enjoy that crisp, cooling tea tree sensation, this is a great choice. Be careful not to let the suds drip down to your eyes because they will burn a little bit.

Enjoying
I love this shampoo and conditioner. My fallout is less and my hair doesn't get greasy, which I was having a problem with when using other shampoos. I don't really feel the tingle anymore. Only when I left the shampoo on for a couple min, per my hairdresser. I don't know how I feel about shampoo sitting so I just wash regular now. I know this has mixed reviews and people are just going to have to remember that we are all different and will react to products differently. Some will be more sensitive and some not. If you get a rash after using it, you are allergic to something in it and should discontinue and try something else. I hope this review helps. this pic is day 4 since washing.

Very drying for my hair.
It smells great and I think it helps with my scalp itching but it is so drying for my hair. The conditioner doesn’t help much, so I have to use a leave-in conditioner. I’ve never had to do that with any other product before. I used it for about 3 weeks and I’ll finish the bottle but I doubt I will buy it again. It’s probably worth a try if you have oily hair?
