But these were used to help my partner recover from spinal surgery when we were staying in a hotel with little flexibility. These were fantastic! They got extremely hot (you might need a towel at first) and stayed hot for a long time. If you have a little trouble breaking the seal, just lean on it on the back of a chair. Highly recommend

Bad! Both my husband and I tried to activate these packets and it was useless. They could NOT be activated! Perhaps they were not in the correct temperature environment, but they were useless to me at a time when I really needed back pain relief!

Got these to have on hand along with a pretty comprehensive first aid kit. Also added a few instant cold packs. These will be great for when we travel or to keep in the car or house.

When needed for an injury, these worked great. Instantly hit, lasted for a while. I had a little trouble with the first one as I wasn’t sure how much force I needed to activate. I was shown how to hit it on the wall and it worked well. They are a bit pricey but if you need to be away from another source of heat they will work well.

it is to hot at the begining so you have to use it on top of some cloth but after a couple of minutes I just put it directly on the skin, in my case I have 2 levels of bulging disks in the neck and it gives me a lot of relief. The only issue is that is to hard to pop but otherwise is great!

Perfect for heating an arm extremely to allow for easier phlebotomy.

The product was defective & a couple of bags were leaking. Can't return it as two bags that were leaking were thrown in trash by my daughter. It didn't get activated to give heat. A pathetic product with misleading information. Waste of money.
