I loved that the tweezers were easy to use. Clear picture and easy to remove foreign objects from the ear.

The black piece on the end where the tweezers are became loose when I first opened the box and used the tool. Because it became loose so quickly, I thought maybe it was supposed to bend a little and have some flexibility. When I tried using it, the tweezers quickly stopped working because it was loose. The piece just broke off in my ear a few minutes ago after only a few uses. Thankfully, it wasn't very far in and I was able to just tilt my head to the side and smack my other ear for it to fall out, but it could have been much worse if the tool was farther in my ear. The camera quality was also awful. The images were gray and grainy I then purchased a similar product that uses the Soulear app for only $30. It doesn't have tweezers but the scraper piece is attached much better than it was on this one and the camera quality is phenomenal. Don't buy this one. There are better, less expensive options.

Very handy for use on either me or the dog. Easy connection to phone.

The camera is a little weird to work with but once you get the hang of it it's not bad. This thing has pulled out a couple of gnarly earwax buildups and may have even prevented me from getting ear infections

Found blockages in multiple family members ears. Recommend combing a warm wash kit. Battery life is good, and works extremely well. 100% recommend.

It was working well until I notice the tip had become loose and the tweezers no longer work. I hate the fact that I paid so much for an item that only lasted one month.

This is my honest review for 7 days of usage.Cons:1. It's connected but black images on the app video screen (4 out of 10 times)2. Video turns off too often (when it's inside of ear canal) and I turned it on/off several times to make it work again (4 out of 10 times)3. Battery drains too quick (I timed. After about 12 mins of usage, low battery warning appears) - but on the package, it said working time is 60 mins4. Video freezes like 1 seconds (2 out of 10 times)5. Glitching screen - You know in Wreck and Ralph when princess Vanellope glitches you see some rainbow lines, It shows a couple of times (3 out of 10 times)6. Heads are too big (compare to other brands)7. It said connected on WIFI, but the app does not recognize. I had to close the app and reopen multiple times (2 out of 10 times)8. There is tiny thing in front of camera which I could not get it out. It is supposed to be easy to clean but it is obviously not. I used water, dry cloth but the camera was deep and too small to clean anything inside of the camera hole. (took about an hour to finally get it out)9. Video is blurry and cannot wipe the camera or clean the lens because there is no way to clean the camera lens through the tiny camera hole.Pro1. Mechanical Arm is very useful2. Magnet cap is easy to turn on and off (close = turn off, open = turn on)3. Weighted (heavier than other brand) makes it more premium feelConclusion:This product could be defected and other users may not have the same issue.Without a glitch, video's turning on/off, or freezing, It is not still worth the money.This kind of product is supposed to be easy to clean, easy to wipe and ready to reuse, but apparently it wasn't easy.Therefore, I do not recommend this product. And this is my honest review.
