Drone arrived ok. Instructions in Chinese.. really hard to figure out

I received my drone a couple of hours ago and thought I'd check it out straight awayAnd it's had about 30 seconds fly time because the min you throttle up to take off it flys off to the left and crashes , I've tried everything to get it to vertically take off and it just does the same thing which is fly to the left until it hits something ,Before I forget one of the rotar protectors is missing but it's not that that is causing it to fly to the left because it does it whether I attach the rotar guards or not so it's definitely not some type of unbalanced weight issue due to a guard being missingI'm not sure if I've just been unlucky an recieved a defective drone or if they will all be like this but at this moment in time I'm not happy with this purchase because I can see no way of fixing this problemAs for its good points it looks really cool and is sturdy and strong considering its very lightweight but looking good is all well and good for a model aeroplane but I want something I can fly and not something I can hang from my ceiling .Edit ...It's been a couple of days now and I tried again to get it working as it should but still no luck I've read the instructions over and over and it's got me nowhere but to top it off something else I found out is my Samsung smart phone won't connect to the camera even though I've downloaded the app , I followed the instructions if they can be called that and I'm still no closer to linking it to my phone .Because my drone never actually got off the ground the only thing that crashed and burned here was my wallet ( sorry guys that was awful but i couldn't resist lol )

It's consistent with the product description, fly well, I like it.
