Great quality-reasonable price
Worked well to reduce 1/2" to 1/4" in an air line application. Good fit & finish.

Threads were off? Not sure. One was bad, the other worked fine.
One of the two I received the threads were off enough that I had a hard time putting it in. When I backed it out to take a look the edge of the threads had actually broken off like it was brittle. I cleaned the female threads up and used the second one with no problems. I didn't return because I only needed one, but was disappointing to have 1 be bad and have to throw it out. I've NEVER seen stainless steel threads chip off like it did...they just broke off...like sheered. Must have been a manufacturing defect of some kind. SS normally just bends or destroys the threads of the steel you are screwing it into, not snap off entirely.

Good fittings . Make sure to use liquid teflon
The fittings are quality. And the metal is strong tighten them with big wrench and the metal didn’t want to strip out . With how big the 1/2 npt thread is, I had to use a lot of liquid Teflon to get it to seal 100%

Not machined, forged. Not straight.
I have the same experience as some others. I didn't receive the pictured, machined part but instead received a forged, drilled and tapped piece that is not straight. I also had to use them but will be replacing with higher quality, better parts.

WRONG SIZE. NOT 1/4" NPT as advertised. Complete Junk.
Warning to anybody ordering these. - be sure to check fitment before your return window ends. I ordered these over 3 months ago but just fitted them to an expensive sensor I ordered overseas and ruined the 1/4" NPT male thread on one of the sensors. I wasn't sure who was at fault, the manufacturer of the sensor or this manufacturer of stainless steel bushing with claimed 1/4" NPT female threads to 1/2" NPT male threads. I just received multiple parts today of 1/4" NPT parts from several manufacturers and NONE of them fit this adapter. Also, my expensive sensors fit just fine in the other adapters from other manufacturers, but NOT this one. These are complete junk that destroyed one of my expensive sensors for NOT being threaded correctly.
