Depending on your chair, you may have the same issue I dealt with. The problem was that the elastic hem of the seat cover was just a little too thick to slide in between the seat and the back of the chair (or, the seat was installed so tightly against the chair back that there wasn't room for the elastic hem). So I had to remove the chair seat (unscrew from underneath), slip on the cover, and then reattach the seat to the chair frame. The covers look great and it wasn't a huge hassle, about 20 minutes. But it leads to another problem - washing the slip covers. Again, I have to detach the seat to take the covers off and wash them, then put them back before reattaching the seat. Thankfully, you don't have to wash blood red seat covers very often. But this is not a problem with the product itself - this is an issue with my chairs not being slip cover friendly. So I wanted to take this opportunity to make buyers aware of a possible issue that they may or may not want to deal with.The actual product is great - the burgundy is a deep, beautiful red that hides almost every type of baby food! The slip covers are stretchy and the elastic hem is tight. I would definitely recommend them for anyone interested in a quick and easy update to their dining room set. I would not recommend them for outside use.

I looked at a bunch of dining room chair covers and decided on these as my primary reason for covers is so I can easily remove them and wash them because I have multiple shedding cats who like the dining room chairs. My aging mother, who lives with me, has a nurse come once/week and occasionally other visitors and she is embarrassed by the cat hair, so now she can pull off the covers and I'll wash them. My chairs are rounded-trapezoidal shaped (13" at the backrest by 21" at the widest front part by 20" long). These covers fit by stretching to the max and with only about 1" cushion, they do show a little on the sides. I also can jam the covers into the niche between backrest and cushion, so no need to remove the seat cushion (for my purposes). Seat cover tag must be in the back of the cushion. I'm going to buy a second set in case these cushions wear quickly. If you aren't overly concerned about trying to impress anyone, these are the bees knees!

First off, I consider the color more of a dark red than a true burgundy, which is great because that's what I wanted. While this won't replace a professional re-upholstery job, it looks great and you can't beat the price. Time will tell how it holds up. I used them to cover four mid-century modern dining chair cushions. They're on the smaller side, so I had to stretch these EZ Covers and tape them in place to avoid sloppy bunching on the edges. Staples would be better, but I inherited these chairs from my mother who re-covered them multiple times over the years and I didn't want to put more holes in the boards if I could help it. We haven't used the dining room yet, so the cat is the only one who has used the chairs. He has very sharp back claws that I never trim because he hates it and turns into psycho cat, and amazingly, he hasn't put a pull in these covers. The material is very lightly ribbed.

I wasn't expecting anything fancy but my chairs are old hand me downs that were starting to rip leaving foam pieces all over so I needed a quick fix till I could replace my dinning set. Even though the picture shows these covers going over an odd shaped cushion similar to the chairs I have it struggled to cover them completely. Sizes aren't consistent as one cover in my set of four fit perfectly while the rest are a bit short width wise. Over all though they do what I got them for (covering the exposed foam padding) The fabric is pretty good quality and I expect them to survive a few months till I can find a replace ment*Bottom line* If you are on a budget and are looking for a short to medium term fix these maybe just what you are looking for.

I am happy with the color, fabric quality and the stretch to fit aspect of this cover. I will probably place a second order for 4 more.

Well, you are all probably better readers than I; however, the description I read advised one cover per purchase - there are 4 per package! Just a heads up. Over all they fit both square and circle well. I do not like having to screw and unscrew my chair for each wash (I bought this because I have littles) - I guess I was hoping for a slide on slide off easily effect so I could wash them frequently with little or no fuss. Overall- served its purpose.

The stretch covers fit my 18 x 18 kitchen chairs. My cushions are old and the stuffing was coming out. I could not afford to buy new kitchen chairs. These covers are fantastic. They were so easy to put on. A lot of stretch in the fabric.They make my chairs look brand new! And you can take them off and wash them. I love them!

This covers will do the job of protecting the seat fabric at least from abrasions. I don't believe they are water-resistant but a little repellent spray will take care of that. My dining chair seat cushions are 20"W x 19"L so the cover fits front to back. However the cushions are 2 1/2" H and these covers will not stretch down to the bottom on the sides. However that being said they do cover to the edges of the cushion and this allows the excellent fabric of the seat sides to be visible while the cover protects the top.. I am satisfied but others might not be so okay with the sides showing. I believe if your cushion was about an inch high the covers would fit perfectly..
