Bought these shocks for a 1975 Harley Shovelhead, look and work as it should.

Locking nut stuck
The height adjustable locking nut came from the factory stuck. Ended up leaving multiple scratches from trying to unscrew it. Took several hours. Finally had to lay a towel over it and knock it loose with a mallet. THEN only to find out the actual height adjustment was stuck as well. What a nightmare.
