WW2 Normandy Townhouse 2 HDF Prepainted Terrain

This is my first Micro Arts Studio 28mm building I've purchased. I thought it would be great to purchase a pre-painted building to avoid the spending time on it. The details are really good. Well worth the purchase. For some people this may be a little pricey but its a good deal considering you don't have to spend time in preparation, paints, and painting it. I constructed and purchased many MDF and 3D printed buildings. I don't have a lot of time to spend on building models or terrain because of my other commitments. So I thought I give it a shot.It took me about an hour an a half on the construction. The instructions were simple however it was in small print. I missed the window ledges because it was in small print; also because I'm old. Take your time building it and dry fit everything first so it properly fits. Good tools to have for this project: sand paper, tweezers, Exacto knife, and your preference of glue.I've attached photos of the advertisement and the end result. Good luck friends
