Screws, Nuts, and Bolts (How Toys Work) Paperback – Picture Book, August 1, 2012

Very nice, easy reading for my preschoolers. I bought this book for our study on simple machines and they children loved the pictures and being about to connect real life experiences.

Great book that is easy for kids to read or to read to them. The print is fairly large and there is only one line per page. Nice for little ones interested in tools and how toys are made. Probably best for under 9 years old as it is very simple.

Sian does it again- this is a wonderful story with rich vocabulary and photographs describing basic science concepts. I recommend adding this to a classroom library to balance the fiction.
