Does the job well.
Low fragrance and dries off quickly. Also helps to clean off headlamps glasses when they get discoloured over time. A dab on small cuts and grazes cleans them up too.

BRILLIANT... the first of many to buy!
I am not a scientist, so I cannot confirm the percentage and range of germs (bacteria or virus) this hand sanitiser gel germs will kill. However, I can confirm that you will get the whiff of alcohol when applying the gel onto the palm of hands but it does not linger. As you rub your palms together, it slowly drys leaving your hands with a soft smell that is not unbearable or unpleasant. Furthermore, the gel does not make your hands feel sticky or greasy. This is now the product that will be used in my home henceforth.

CHECK THE VOLUME YOU'RE BUYING
I have bought 8 500 ml bottles of Clinell in the last 2 years. We use it in the car. It is a quick drying, inoffensively scented sanitising hand gel. I buy it by going to 'My Orders' on the Amazon website, clicking on my previous order which takes me straight to the item I want to re-order. I've done this with countless re-oredr items and I'm betting you have, too. So I re-ordered. The last time it arrived early March this year it cost £6.47 which I suppose is a bit steep but it lasts a long time and we trust it as hospitals etc use it. So today, my re-order arrived. TBH when I ordered I didn't check anything but apparently I paid £4.91 for this, but guess what? It's 250 ml, exactly HALF of the volume of my previous orders. I DO NOT think a link should be provided to that which is very basically not what you previously ordered and it is an extremely underhand way of maximising profit. Let that be a salutary lesson to me and a 'Watch out' for you.

My Default Trusted Brand
It is not just that Clinell is a trusted brand, but the product continues to deliver on the quality I desire. No residue. No sticky hands. Pleasant fragrance. Above all, the confidence that this sanitiser will likely deliver on its promise to protect me and my family against viruses (including Covid-19) and bacteria. Supplied in well constructed pump action plastic bottle. Prompt delivery by Amazon.

Very strong!
Arrived in perfect condition! The pump outputs a lot of gel, so be careful. It's also quite strong, so will definitely obliterate any germs present and may irritate broken skin if you have any. Smells of alcohol, so you know you've got a no-nonsense product.

Nice amount
The media could not be loaded. This is such a big bottle, you get 500ml so it’s great value for money and lasts a long time. I usually hate the smell of hand sanitiser but the after smell of this has a light fragrance which I love, it’s not overpowering at all. My hands feel a bit dry after using it so I just put moisturiser on and it’s fine. I like to use it before I do my skincare and makeup so I don’t get spots, also to wipe things down like my phone with a bit on cotton wool. I would purchase this again

The only hand sanitiser I have found which doesn't leave a sticky residue
I find that most hand sanitisers leave a sticky residue, which I really don't like. I first came across Clinell at work, in a health environment, and liked the texture of it. It absorbs into the skin very readily and feels just like water really. It is nice and thin in texture. Your hands are drying again very promptly and there is no stickiness at all. It smells fine too - basically a strong smell of alcohol which, depending on whether you like that scent or not - may or may not be a good thing. Clinell is far and away my favourite hand sanitiser.I can't give a 'star' rating for "sheerness" as I don't understand the question.

More expensive than some but really decent hand gel.
I've found this hand gel to be really useful. The scent to me is not just inoffensive but actually quite pleasant. It's very similar in smell to the hand gel you find in many hospitals, it smells very clean to me.I don't use it as much as most health-care professionals would in an average work day but it does get used most days more than once. It doesn't seem to dry my hands out excessively or leave any unpleasant residue. It's also reassuring that it's made by the same manufacturer as many of the cleaning and hygiene products used within the NHS.
