I used only once. I didn’t feel the hot. I will give it another chance.

I have applied this multiple times. It has not ever been hot or slightly warm. I've used other creams similar to this and had the hot sensation. Now i'm just using as a moisturizing cream.

This product works in a few minutes after applying to target areas. Amazing results!

This warming cream does just as it says and then some. I’m not one who sweats profusely but boy did I sweat with this on my upper body. It starts working almost instantly so beware and use at your own risk ⚠️🔥🔥

Well, I wasn’t sure what the caffeine and MCT REALLY is supposed to do, but doesn’t do anything noticeable. The cream itself MIGHT possibly help with some minor aches as it feels just like “icyhot” or “bengay”.

Do the job well

At first, I didn't think I was feeling anything when I applied this. Not just "at first" but two other times after. I was about to consider this cream a bust and then one day I decided to add a little more than I had before and yeah okay, problem solved. I was applying way too little. It's easy to think that I was applying enough initially because it's a cream, it's cold, and I thought it was going to feel icky having so much on. It's best to apply a generous amount. Also, get the hips and the back. I wear a waist trainer because you will also feel it much better like that....sit or lightly warm up for a bit and suddenly the heating action takes effect. It's a warm sensation. Not so much tingling...I don't feel, but the warmness. That warmness motivates me to go a little more on the workouts and then I feel more warmness. I do wish that I could apply less and get the same effect. I also wish that it was a bit stronger. I could handle it a bit stronger and if it was, I think the feeling would last a lot longer.It's helpful. I do sweat where I don't typically which helps me gauge how well I am working out. To me there is a difference because I feel like it helps me get the most of my workouts and sweating makes me feel accomplished. The cream is a medium thick. Looks like a soft butter. Easy to apply. The smell is typical of these kinds of products. A minty medicinal smell. Nothing too harsh. No skin irritations. Also, I have not attempted to put this cream on anywhere else but my stomach, hips and back.

Absolutely does not heat up.
