It’s hard with some gray horses because any imperfections show. I’d say this particular model is really great. There is a little hole (where a bit would sit on a real horse) but I think that’s because of the molding process. I love the details like the dapples and the shoes. It was a little tricky getting him on his stand, but overall very happy. If you’re on the fence about buying a gray model, I will say this one is pretty decent.

My youngest granddaughter (12 yrs old) started last year only collecting BREYER horses. At first she wanted to be able to play with them...but now that she is a "seasoned collector" she only wants the ones that she can display. This one is in the center of her collection. She has more on her list for me to get her next year (Or sooner). It is a beautiful horse.

Get Rowdy is my first jumping model horse. I really like him and hope to add another jumper to my collection to join him. He arrived without flaws and in great condition. I recommend him! The real Get Rowdy horse also has a great story.

Bryer horses are the best for collectors of all ages. If it is a bryer it is worth it.
