HUGE Branching Piece!!!
Should have taken a shot before putting it in. This thing was huge, nice forked branch with secondary forks at ends. Could not believe how large this piece was for the money. Looks great in the fish tank, my shrimp love it.

Fantastic cholla wood!
I received a really nice cholla branch. Sadly I had to break a piece off to make it fit around the other pieces in my Hermit crab tank but was still able to use all parts. The one I bought from this seller is the long horizontal branch in the uploaded image. My hermies approve!

Love this stuff
This stuff looks so cool. Piece I received is being used in hermit crab tank. They are already climbing all over it. Much larger than expected, so I guess it's a good value(just a stick after all). Packaged well, received long before amazon predicted. Will be purchasing another piece for my fish tank soon.

looks good, would be great if not broken
Nice large piece of Cholla, great branches. One branch did break off. I tried to glue it back but It wouldn't take. Not the sellers' fault, the product was well packed. I will make due.

Size is Great
The cholla wood is beautiful, has little branches too. Not just one straight piece. Way bigger & better than I had expected. Been wanting a piece to put in my hermit crab tank topper. Now I want a bigger tank because I will have to cut it to fit :( Oh it's very natural- clean looking with no funky smells.

Great company
I had an issue with part of the first order and I sent them a message and they were quick to replace. I will remember this company. And the driftwood was very pretty for my air plants.

Large Piece
I was amazed when I received this as it was a few inches bigger than I ordered. While I could have fit it in my aquarium I decided to cut it. I used fresh wire cutters though I’m sure there’s something better. If you do the same (and even if you don’t) be sure to clip, sand, or otherwise disable any sharp pieces of wood so you don’t create a danger to your fishes scales. Also make sure any holes large enough for a small fish or fry that could get stuck in is sealed. I used the larger natural holes to glue in plants and I bent and glued the ends in to prevent fish from getting stuck.

Weird stuff sprayed on it - what is it and why?
I was looking for something like this, and I thought this would be perfect. We used cholla wood perches and the like for our birds. This is for our ball python, a good climbing surface, and I was surprised at how big and substantial it was when I took it out of the box.But ... What is this mess sprayed onto it? At first I thought it was coated in mud. The more I looked at it, the more I realized it's some kind of COATING. Why on earth would somebody spray a coating on cholla? I'm afraid to put it in my snake's habitat for fear it's something that would poison him. If the seller can tell me what this is, I might keep it because I like it, and I'd be glad to change my rating, but I want to know what that stuff is that's painted on it. If I don't hear from someone in the next week, I'll be sending this back and telling Amazon why.
