This is a good MP3 player for the money. I have had it for about a week and am still learning the menu controls. The wired earbuds work fine and the sound is good. The menu controls are not intuitive but can be learned fairly quickly. I'm 66 year old used to my old Zune player, so if I can learn to navigate the menu anyone can! There were reviews that said the screen turned off after a few seconds and you had to restart from scratch, I found that if the screen turned off all you have to do is click on the power button and the screen pops right back up exactly where you were. It is just a power saving device. Battery seems to be going to last a good amount of time between charges. When you download from your computer the songs go to the removable card so you have to look for them in the card folder instead of the local folder. If you want to download to the local folder just remove the external TF card before you start the download, simple as that. I have not tried to connect to Bluetooth yet so I can't comment on that. The best part is the customer service. Several reviews mention the great customer service and I 100% agree. I asked about how to set the player to shuffle the songs and received reply within 24 hrs with exact instructions on how to set up player so it shuffles through all the songs. There is a limitation on the number of songs you can put in a playlist and you have to manually add one song at a time to the playlist. You can make up to 3 different playlists on the go. Overall the player sounds good and is a great value. Would probably rate the player itself as a 4 but the customer service makes it a 5.

This MP3 player is a very good player with a lot of storage. The speaker works well and my wife loves this device. But, after about 10 months of ownership it just stopped working, the battery wouldn’t take a charge. I noticed on my original purchase information that this player had a one year replacement warranty. I contacted the company’s customer service and explained the problem. They immediately sent me a new MP3 player. Great service and backs up their warranty. The new player is working great. Thanks to Ivy at Customer Service.

A very good product for the money. I wish they offered a rubberized case for it. I’m worried I’ll drop it. I also notice that the songs on the MicroSD don’t show up under “All songs” in the menu. So far I put all songs in the memory for that reason. I had to train myself to not not touch the screen for navigation….spoiled

This MP3 is very good. I had it for a couple of years without any problems. I liked it so much I bought a second one for a friend as a Christmas gift. When I did have a slight problem, I was given a refund without any hassles, even though the warranty had expired. That's what I call customer service. I still recommend this unit as it worked really well for me and I was very happy with it. Good quality, easy to use and very reasonable price.

Nice replacement for 19 yr old Sandisk. I thought MP3 players were obsolete but they have their purpose. Saves phone battery and mush easier to carry. Little glitchy in some menu items. If your music is missing it was probably loaded onto the memory card which won't show in "all songs". They are actually in "card folder".When syncing the music check closely what it's loading to. Bluetooth connected smoothly. FM radio picked up every station when scanned. Gotta get used to NOT tapping the screen like a phone but that's a ME problem. Feels well built. Battery still shows full after 24 hours of playing with it. Ordering another to play holiday music outside via a bluetooth speaker.

I only use it to listen to audiobooks. Had a sanddisk mp3 player before which was far superior and more intuitive. Negatives: A lot of time is wasted navigating the options. The bookmark feature stopped functioning 3 weeks after purchase which makes keeping track of your place in the story now impossible. Very disappoining and frustrating . Positives: the radio worksUPDATE:Although this mp3 player fell short of my expectations I have to give kudos to their customer service. After reading my review they contacted me and offered a refund. I declined (figured lesson learned) but they sent it anyway . This particular mp3 player did not meet my needs but I would have no problem doing business with this company again. It's rare these days to find a business who stands so firmly behind their products. 2 stars for the mp3 player and 5 stars for the customer service.

Great sound and compact. Software a bit clunky but ok after initial setup. Great battery life. Nice build quality. Well worth the money.
