Good condition, one totally minor minor (to me) ding on the side you can't even see especially when in a phone case (you should see my old phone), no problem switching from my old phone to this one. Switching phones isn't for the faint of heart.. Worked as hoped and expected. Would recommend this seller. Very pleasantly surprised and happy.

Came in perfect condition, not a single scratch or scuff. Looks brand new. The packaging was secure and the charger it came with was also either brand new or at least looked the part. Phone booted right up without issue, took the sim card instantly, transferred all the data from the old phone, and everything went off without a hitch. I got this for my husband and it still waits to be seen if this phone will be one of his favorite models or not, but I don't foresee any issues.He doesn't need any big powerful this-and-thats.... So I'm sure he'll love it, having been a big fan of the Galaxy series to date.

Would give it zero stars if I could, seller was not helpful when I received a broken, not working, not charging phone. Played message tag for weeks. The phone is useless and they gave me the hardest time

It's technically a slight downgrade from a pixel 6a but solid and the ability to add in extra storage with a micro SD card makes this my phone for the next few years until a pixel 10 or 12 becomes affordable. That being said, Amazon packed the wrong charging cable with mine so be prepared for a very no-thrills experience. But if you're grabbing this renewed anyway this year the odds are you're resourceful enough to figure out a way to make this phone work for you. good luck!

Arrived in the like new condition ordered and works better than expected including the battery.I only bought it for a game that normally plays on my Samsung Galaxy A9 tablet around the house.I needed something for my away from home adventures that I could tether to with my iPhone.It has lots of great features and does exactly what I need it to do….Highly recommend.

This phone so far has performed perfectly without any issues. The one I replaced it for is the same exact phone except that it was an unlocked phone. Which is not a bad thing, just in this case the phone was based in a different carrier. Cross matching sim cards may work without a hitch, but in my case, I kept getting generically speaking, "sim card is not a (XXXXX) card". So, after a while I got tired of the warning error msg and I replaced it with this phone. Which is the same exact phone. The other seller said to reset it with the sim card inside. I thought, 'I don't know about that'. This new phone has not given on error msg. And the shipper got it here super quick. So all is good on the Smart phone front.

I am "5-Star happy" with this renewed SAMSUNG Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128GB Cloud Red phone. It is always so difficult to change to a new phone, however, this transition was a joy. The order was processed quickly and was received earlier than expected. The phone has all of the features of my previous Google 2XL phone and much, much more, with easy to understand explanations. I am still finding new features that are still exciting.
