Digital Air Fryer Touchscreen by Cozyna (3.7QT) with 2 airfryer cookbooks and a skewer rack accessory

Very disappointed! I received the product today as a gift. Started a small test batch of fries, 12 min according to directions, and it stopped working after 6 minutes! I contacted Amazon, they referred me to the company. Left a message at Coznya, as no answer at customer service. Will follow up with an email to company. If things change and I get a working unit I'll post an updated review.

I never dreamed that I would use this air fryer for so many things. I purchased it for my husband for his birthday to silence his relentless pleading for a deep fryer. At first I think he was disappointed it was NOT a deep fryer, but now I cannot tell you how often he uses this. We have used it to make the perfect buffalo chicken wings (fresh ones!), french fries, pork chops and countless other things. It is so simple to use and we get perfect results every time, not to mention in a fraction of the cooking time and all without heating up a whole oven. No waiting for preheating because this thing heats up so quickly. I've even used it to heat up left over pizza with the result being a nice crispy version of the original texture instead of that soggy crust you get if you microwave leftover pizza. This thing is worth every penny we paid for it and it was a nice touch receiving a thank you note via email from the company that makes it. They even checked with me a week or so after purchase to see if I had any questions or concerns. If you decide to get this, get the one with the rack included, we use it constantly and it elevates your cooking options. Well worth the difference in price. It's included with the digital version of the machine. One word of caution....if you leave this out on your counter, do not drag it across the counter top!!! It has little rubber feet that levels it and the suction from dragging it removed one of them. They don't just pop back in, we had to take the machine apart to replace the little rubber foot. No worries though, it still performs perfectly.

I am extremely pleased with this air fryer! I originally bought NutriChef Air Fryer, who has been making dehydrators for years. However, after its 3rd used the cord became extremely hot and began melting my outlet, even though the outlet is rated for much higher than the fryer wattage. Also, the seller refused a return or refund until Amazon stepped in. Afraid of going back with the same product, I decided to try Cozyna.The one thing I looked for since the last one were the vents on the outside of the frying and on the frying basket. I also noticed with the NutriChef fryer that it would appear that the "bubble" operating buttons would eventually wear out over use. The touch panel of the Cozyna is amazing. It is entirely touch sensitive without buttons. The outside unit has seems to have good ventilation, as does the fryer basket, giving better air circulation. Another difference I would like to note is Cozyna has a high wattage than the NutriChef which seems to fry the food more evenly and in less time. I also like how the basket stays secure in the drawer when sliding in and out. Unlike the NutriChef which was very floppy and loose fitting. The basket on the Cozyna also has a really nice locking feature on the handle so you don't accidentally disengage the basket from the drawer.PRODUCT UPDATE:After having this fryer for more than a year now, my above comment still holds true! I have done everything from a 5lb bird to coconut shrimp to baked potato, tortilla chips and corn chips. And so far, I have not had a fail! Food comes out AMAZING. I cannot sing enough praises to COZYNA! Their product is made very well. All the way down to the amazing touch sensitive operation screen. Not only that, the machine shuts down instantly while you check your food. And, restarts as soon as the drawer is back in place. My only regret? Is that I didn't see the larger capacity one first... I might just go back and buy it too! I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!! (This review is a TRUE, paid for, product review and no credits or prompting by the manufacturer. This machine is awesome! I had never heard of an air fryer until the gals at my Weright Watchers meeting started praising their virtues. So I did some research and discovered a whole new world! While trying to watch my weight, I told myself I'd never again be able to eat fried foods. Guess again, Self! Air fried foods use a really small amount of oil--sometimes none at all! Much healthier yet wonderfully crispy on the outside and juicy tender inside. In the few short weeks I've had this miracle machine, I've made "fried" chicken several times, French fries, sweet potato fries, crispy tortilla chips, and bacon (really great bacon)! I am especially impressed with how easily this Cozyna air fryer cleans up. After cooking, I let the basket and tank (the thing that the basket sits in) cool off on a silicone hot pad on my counter, then I put some water in it and let it soak. Anything left inside comes off so easily--no scrubbing--just some dish soap and a soft sponge and it all looks clean and brand new. I haven't tried baking in it yet...I'm trying to stay away from desserts, (but if that recipe for chocolate lava cake is half as good as its picture, I might be in deep trouble, weight watcher wise). So, if you don't have an air fryer yet, this one should be in your Amazon whooping cart ASAP. The price is right and the food it makes is fabulous!

Horrible..used once and it would not turn back on when I went to use it again. Customer service will not respond to mulitple emails and phone calls

I've loved using my Cozyna air fryer for the past 3 months and had no problems until earlier this week. It "threw" one of our circuit breakers soon after I turned it on. I moved the air fryer to a plug that was on a different circuit and had the same results. Not sure about the quality of the product given these results. I'm sure it should be designed to last longer than 3 months.
