It worked the first time, but after a week, it stopped working. The return date has passed. I contacted the company for warranty service, but received no response

Not supporting Epson Projector
I bought this remote as per their spec. With much confidence that it will work I've send this to my village without testing but to my disappointment it didn't work and to replace it will not reach in time..

Works with setup
The remote seems to need to re-pair with my Samsung 6 series tv which causes sluggish performance but it works. Once it is connected it works smoother but I may have to push a button twice. Like volume up or down.
