Wills, Trusts, and Estates (Aspen Casebook)

This was a required textbook for a class. I would not have purchased it otherwise but I did well in the class so... Here's to hoping you do too.

ONLY GET THIS IF YOUR PROFESSOR REQUIRES THIS BOOK FOR THEIR COURSE. Mine did and I was satisfied with the textbook. Good case law to help build foundational knowledge of wills, trusts, and estates... a must for someone considering estate planning.

Good quality

This book was used, but this is clean and neat. And also Amazon sent me this quickly. The content of this book is wonderful. It covers everything about Trust & Estate, but I can read it easily because there are a lot of pictures. After them, I'm able to feel the cases in real.

First couple pages were melted together. Can’t open pages without ripping pages.

Great value for the price. Very happy with this purchase.

I am not really sure what the deal is with this book. I have purchased more Wolters Kluwer books that a reasonable person would, and I have historically been satisfied with the quality. However, this particular book is of such an embarrassing quality. The two-color printing process is poorly done to the degree that images throughout the book do not align. Some pages appear to have been printed with the fumes left in the printer, and other pages appear to have been printed with a full tank. Pages are smeared and contain shadows and halos from the printing process. As a special bonus, my particular book contains additional duplicate pages (specifically pgs 557-564). The content of this book is incredibly informative, however the poor quality of this not-so-inexpensive text book really takes all the fun out of law school. This is the book my Wills and Estates course requires. I love that this book came sealed thus, it shows that it is new. However it did say if unsealed it is non-returnable.( This issue didn't impact me but it would impact someone who is not sure if they're going to stay in the class/they have the correct book. comes with casebook connect access.
