It’s tasty and a good amount
I liked the amount of liquid that came with the SCOBY. I’d gotten a cheap almost 3L jar with a spigot and handle from The Range (I think it was under £6) and just left the lid open with a clean cheesecloth tied over the top. This pouch of SCOBY was enough to inoculate the whole jar of dilute black tea and 3/4 cup sugar (I know it says to use cane online but I only had white caster from beets) and it turned out great - smelled vinegary quickly and after 5 days I could start tasting, tasted sweet and only weakly of kombucha. I started making it 5th may and it’s to my tastes to move to secondary by 16th of may kept between 20-23c. It also made a surprisingly thick pellicle.I would recommend this product, and if my kombucha gets messed up I would buy it again
