It doesn’t work properly wasting money

Nicely packed, arriving intact. I realise the instructions are on the website but it would still be nice to have a copy delivered with the item.Check the bottom tray. Mine did not have a hole drilled which meant I switched it on and I had a flood because the water had no way back into the tank. Also don't press too hard when drilling out or you'll break more away than you want to.Its pretty and now I've sussed it, it works. However, I did need a drill so check yours when it arrives.

A complete waste of money!! The water pipe was too short and didn't even reach the lower half where the water is supposed to go, much less connect to the pump. There was no hole for the LED and there were no screws to connect the top half to the bottom, meaning it tips over. As for submerssing an electrical cable in water - are the manufacturers completely stupid or half wits? That's an electric shock waiting to happen!! I giave this one star, because I can't give it zero. My advice, go elsewhere and live.

this water fountain does not come with instructions, it leaked when i first put it on as the hole on the bottom part of the waterfall was blocked off, we had to press it out so the water flowed, then if the pump is set too high it leaks out the back, so you have to turn it right down on the pump, once i had tweaked it it was a beautiful waterfall.

Does not work properly have to keep topping up at least twice a day
