This really helps. At first I wasn’t sure what to expect so I think I was a little anxious if I would actually notice some thing and what that would be like. So then I did the breathing exercise again and I noticed a step down of anxiety, so I did it again and again, and each time I noticed my anxiety level had significantly decreased and then leveled out, and I could feel the difference in my whole body. I have gifted similar ones to friends and family who all say it is helping them with anxiety as well as with assistance in their efforts to stop smoking and vaping. For young children, it gives them something physical to help them do something very practical. They think these look cool and can use it anywhere in school or on the playground etc.

My sister who is trying to quit smoking loved this. The fidget ring around meditative breathing device are both helpful. And it looks great.

I bought this necklace for my daughter for Christmas. She suffers from anxiety and has bad attacks. She wasn’t sure about it but started wearing it because it looks cool. Then she started on an attack and tried it out. She credits the necklace with slowing her breathing down and getting herself under control. It’s now her favorite piece of anxiety jewelry (and she has a lot). The chain is sturdy and the pendant isn’t overwhelming in size. It can be worn by any gender preference.

Was too short couldn’t easily lift to lips as uncomfortable

The pendant is perfect! The complimentary 2nd color of the "fidget band" is great! The chain, however, is not a match for the quality of the pendant; and, it's one of those with the extender that doesn't match the link style of the rest of the chain which is such a cheap look. I will be finding a different chain to complement the pendant better.
