Safe for sensitive skin
Litterally melts off sunscreen and makeup like it says. I have super sensitive skin and no reactions. Skin safe app says it’s good too

Favorite Step in Makeup Removal
I got this originally on a lark because a local store had it on sale, so got my second bottle off Amazon since it was the previous sale price of my local store. Thought it *might* make things easier when I removed my makeup. Now it's my favorite part. Helps get a majority of the makeup off before I wash my face. I like this way better than some balms or oils. I always feel like those leave something behind and not in a fun, nourishing way. I am fully away this doesn't remove all makeup, just the majority. That's why you wash afterward.

good stuff
The nuetrogena cleansing balm is not bad other than the greasy feel and the bad smell. It definitely gets all of your makeup off. Just make sure to wipe your face after using this.

Very disappointed with this- it went right in the trash!
I am someone who uses cleansing oil or balm every day to ensure my sunscreen has been removed thoroughly- this to say, this ain't my first rodeo. I applied it as you normally would and massaged into my dry face, then got into the shower to attempt rinsing it. Unlike many balms, this did not turn milky or rinse away cleanly. It remained a greasy film on my face. With a bit of time in the shower, it finally rinsed adequately that I could do my second step (Rice Water Bright foam). After I patted myself dry, my face began to burn...and turned red...and itchy. I thought maybe this balm was drying so I slathered on moisturizer but my face continued burning and itching. I ended up tossing this in the trash and applying cortisone. I will spend at least a week trying to repair my barrier now. I usually like Neutrogena products but this is a definite miss and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It’s Alright
I’m not super impressed which usually I love Neutrogena but this product just ain’t it. It didn’t remove the makeup I thought it would and it was supposed to melt it off and didn’t do anything hat it shows it’s supposed to. It has an aesthetic bottle that’s about it!

Easily melts makeup away!
I have sensitive eyes and I have used many different makeup removers in my lifetime. Neutrogena Micellular Cleansing Milk does not disappoint. I do wish the formula was a bit thicker, but their thicker gel formula burned my eyes. Simply squeeze about a quarter size dollop on finger tips (both hands) and rub it over your face, concentrating on eyes, using both index and long fingers to rub in circular motions. Use a warm wet washcloth to remove any final traces of the "melted" mascara, foundation concealers, eyeshadow, eye and lip liners, It literally melts the mascara right off, you will be able to tell by the feel of your lashes when they are clean. Just for the record, I do not use waterproof mascara. When your eyes are sensitive as mine, you find brands that don't cause irritation and you stick with them. No greasy films like oils or petroleum jelly. If you don't love this, contact Neutrogena, they stand behind their products!

Works well
This was on a flash sale, and I bought it on a whim. I use a make up remover wipe then I use this, and it really does remove all of my other make up. I would say it is non-drying. I tend to stick towards CeraVe and or Cetaphil products, but this Neutrogena make up remover is nice and gentle. After I use this, I wash my face with CeraVe, because I think if you didn’t use another cleanser, it may make your face feel greasy. Again I would say this is a makeup remover and not a facial cleanser but definitely a nice addition to my skin care routine.
