Most people already know how amazing these books are, so I'm only going to talk about the product. The packaging was terrible. There was nothing to protect the box from damage except just a thin plastic cover. Nothing at all to cushion it. So naturally, the box came a little torn and damaged. The books were in good condition since they were inside the box. However, when we order a boxed set, we usually want to display the box as well. I guess I'll just have to display the books only.Anyway, I like the cover design of this edition and it's a little cheaper than the other ones, so that's a plus. Overall I'm happy with it. If you don't mind a little damage to the box, I suggest you to go for it.

So many weekend me and husband watching the lord of rings movies but this time decided to purchase the collection after seeing this available in amazon. I was very nervous for the delivery as books are very delicate products. But delivered in perfect condition and a must have collection.

It is a review of the product not the content of the book,which everyone already knows is excellent.Page quality is fine,the size is a little small ,so the text,this not very visible in the photos so I have placed a Harry Potter book beside to give some context .
