Hobonichi Techo 5-Year Techo Book [Japanese/A5/January 2023 Start/2023 to 2027/5-Years Diary]

I have used this journal for a few months now. I really like how I can keep this journal for 5 years and build up a lot of memories with this. They give you a separate sheet of the same paper to test out any pens you want to use and see if it bleeds through or not. The cover is durable. Strong. The only problem I have is the thread bookmark is coming apart. I might have to burn the ends a little or glue them so it doesn’t come undone more.

Hobonichi brand makes the best products, but this journal is probably my favorite of the ones I have purchased (cousin, weeks, A6 techo). I am using it to document all the important details of home ownership and it's very functional for that purpose. My one complaint is the paper is more yellow like the weeks paper, rather than the whiter paper found in the cousin, but overall very nice.

I love this five-year journal so much! I wish I had one when my kids were little. I keep another daily "catch-all" journal (Hobonichi Cousin Avec) that I use for reference if I forget to journal for a few days.

I had put off ordering one but now that I have it I wish I had done it sooner. I'm not sure how it will hold up since I'm in year 1 of 5. But after the 4th I'll try to remember to update.

I got this after seeing it in a YT video and well it's beautiful and yes u can fit and write 5 years worth of it. The down side for me personally I have fallen behind so if you get this please make sure you are a writer and actively like to write

I have never written a review on Amazon before but this Hobonichi 5-Year journal deserves praise. I’ve had the smaller A6 size and found it too small for me. This A5 size will be perfect for my daily memory keeping journal and to note the weather each day. I’m excited to be able to look back each year and see what it was like and what we did on that day in previous years. $80 seems high at first but when you consider using it for 5 years it is really a bargain.

The binding is high quality and meant to last for years. The paper is easy to write on and doesn't bleed through. However, the address list and things to remember is too short, but I like the gift list. I wish they had an all English version. It's well worth the money.
