It works but i decided not to stick it on as the black was not a dark black and didnt match my bag. This is a very light matted black and actually looks almost like dark blue next to my black bag or a washed out black. Since there is nothing on the box that says black I might have been sent a royal blue by whoever sent the item. In certain light conditions it does look black. They need to have the color label on the box so no mistakes are made. Not worth the time or effort to return for the cost.

My dog chewed a hole in my Columbia rain jacket. Rather then buy a new one I repaired it with this tape. Since the repair is on the bottom hem of the jacket it is not noticeable unless you know it is there and really look for it.

My neighbors dog jumped up on my and ripped right through my coat, I had some duct tape on it to save it right away but I knew I needed a better fix. This product is just that fix! It matches very closely to my navy blue Eddie Bauer jacket. It is thin which is nice because it seems to be very similar to the jacket material itself. Easy to cut into shape and it sticks on easily, seems flush around the edges and if it ends up coming off there’s plenty more of it! So far very happy with the product and appreciative of its existence. Definitely would recommend to buy!

Follow the you tube instructions. Used it to patch a hole on my luggage. Fabric tape works great.

Just be aware this is a thin nylon like a tent, not a thick rip stop for a backpack. Good for patching. I used it to wrap around a handle on a backpack for easy identification when I travel.

The material is good, but not as sticky as I would like. I don’t think it will hold up.

Sticks so much better than we had hoped. A newf jumped up on my husband, and his claw ripped a hole in his expensive down jackeet from neck to hem. The tape has lasted the winter, so that he can at least still wear the jacket - even if it has a sort of Frankenstein look. Without this repair tape, the jacket would be in the trash.

I patched a 2 inch burn hole in my motorcycle pants (around the knee) and it has been working great for a 6+ weeks with no sign of coming loose or other problems. Very tough material & sticky glue. I used a denim patch on the inside to prevent the Taffeta tape over the hole from sticking to the inner lining. I did a fairly extensive search for a solution, and this was it, other than buying new pants.
