Absolute waste of time! It didn't catch a single fly with recent hot weather having doors and windows open flies were coming into our kitchen so my husband bought this to zap them! It didn't zap a single one, he even threw a fly into it still nothing! Item returned

I bought it for camping as it is rechargeable. Takes 3.5 hours to charge which is a lot for a battery pack to recharge. Only lasts for 6.5 hours after a full charge so not even a night's worth. Having to use it in the house instead now permanently connected but after a whole week there is no evidence of a single insect victim. Seems useless but expensive!

Product is completely ineffective at attracting much less eliminating flies...it may work with smaller flying insects (untested) but does not fulfill its intended purpose. the night light function is too dim to be used practically.

I bought this before seeing the reviews about people saying that it doesn’t work at all I’ve been using it for a week now and it’s been working a treat so I don’t know why people are saying it doesn’t work 🤣

This electric catcher simply doesn't work. I was using it agains these fruit flies and first of all the lamp didn't attract them and the second of all, when fly somehow came close to the electric wires it was able to run between them, but even when touched the wire still was able to escape (lucky one). Normally in lamp like this as soon as insect touch the wire that's it, the insect is gone, but not in this lamp. I've notice only that fly was stunned sometimes in contact with wire, but not every time. If lapm doesn't work with such a small flies I can't imagine that will work with even bigger insects. I've asked for refund
