I bought the phone for my nephew as a birthday present and it stopped working a few weeks ago, just after the refund period.Unfortunately my sister loved the phone too so asked for one for her birthday, so ordered within a few days of each other, and that broke the day after my nephew's one.Customer service have been great. Were quick in responding and sent replacement phones within 3 days of confirming the fixes did not work.Spent a week testing them, including leaving on, shut downs and restarts and changing while on and off and working fine so now given them to my sister and nephew, on 25/03/23, who are very happy to have the phones back and working, as they are great phones for the money.Will Update with any new issues or no change over next few months.Last update: 25/03/2023

My daughter asked for a phone for her birthday. 2 days in and it doesn't work. Took it to a repair shop and they can't find the software. Really annoyed is an understatement

I've had a Blackview A80 for a couple of years and was happy with it so have kept with the brand and bought the A55. What a disappointment. Its general working is fine.. but that inevitably counts for nothing once you find out that it takes hours to charge the battery. And even then, the battery life is not great. sadly I must just put it down as one of life's expensive mistakes...
