Easy to program for my 2011 Ford Edge
Programming video was easy to follow and worked perfectly. The instructions couldn’t be easier. The product page instructs purchasers to contact the seller directly for a link to the programming video after purchase. I sent a copy of my Amazon order and the seller responded very quickly with the video link. The programming was successful and took only minutes to complete. It’s peace of mind to replace old worn fobs before they fail. Extremely affordable option compared to purchasing from the auto dealers. Highly recommended - you must have 2 working key fobs and take time to follow the instructions on the product page as described by the seller.

Worked perfectly and quickly
Wanted a third key for my 2016 Lincoln Navigator. Since I had 2 original keys, it was the perfect solution. Note that if you do not have two programmed keys, you will have to get a locksmith to program it for you. Followed instructions I found on line. Took about 5 minutes to do myself. Works perfectly.

Works great!
Worked like it says. I did use a youtube video for instructions because mine came with none. Took off 1 star for no instructions. I would recommend.

It’ll do
Fit and finish is only marginally close to OEM.Programming was a challenge. First locksmith failed. Took it to his competitor and it was successful. At this point, it’s a bargain compared to the price from Ford, but we’ll have to see how it performs in ongoing basis.

1st choice when replacing a keyfob
In the past when my fathers 2018 Ford Escape keyfob quit working, I have spent way more & bought the keyfob with electronics chip in it and had it programmed. this time I thought I would try this and move the old keyfob's circuit board into this keyfob. and it worked!! never again will i buy the more expensive version with the new circuit board in it. there are no instructions included so I figured it out on my own ( there is probably online instructions) My only trouble was figuring out where the small piece of tape with the metallic circles on it went as the ones on the old keyfob were missing and that is why it quit working in the 1st. place. Once i figured out where they went (between the buttons and the circuit board ), it worked like it was supposed to, and no having to take it somewhere to have it programmed. make this your 1st. choice and save some money, if it doesn't work your not out much $$ and can then buy the keyfob with chip in it. and with the escape as well as many others ( i'm guessing) you can go on youtube and find out how to get your vehicle into programming mode and program the new fob yourself. the ford dealer wanted almost $400 to buy a new fob, key, and programming it. I did it for $15 and took the blank key out of new fob and inserted the cut key from the old fob right into the new fob. It's not hard to do, save yourself a bunch of money and get this for your ford. FYI, this listing doesn't include the 2018 ford escape, but it works for it. If you read through all the questions, someone asked and was told yes it does work on the 2018 escapes ( and others too, I'm sure ) so I bought it and it works, and it saved me a lot of money
