I was losing weight on these unfortunately I have been having other health issues so have to stop taking. But this has worked well for me while I was taking. Only thing that has worked so well and quickly. Can't wait to start again.

I started off with a lower dose- i read thru what others were saying in related reviews and posts to this kind of product and although the later results were teriffic-the beginning was really painful according to the majority of reviews. So I did myself a favor and started off slow. I initially cut the tablet in half for the first week - the headaches were slight so then i started taking the full dose the week after. I had major headaches for 2 days straight and felt so bloated i thought I was going to explode! Abt day 3/4 of taking the full dosage -- the gray skies disappeared and my swelling went down the headaches have subsided-- although I have noticed that if I don't drink enough water during the day after taking the full dosage headaches reminiscent of the initial headache blasts wld come around so I chug water constantly now which is a good way to keep my water intake up. I feel waay better- !!! My mood is more stable then it has been in AGES! My menstrual cycle has gotten a "pulse" again - every 7 weeks - which isn't ideal but better than every 3 months right!! It helps to keep the estrogen regulated on some kind of level-- which is an improvement! The bloating is gone-it was always so awful prior to the supplement - and that on its own is worth it to me!! More info to follow as time goes on!! I'm thinking abt upping the next round to the 300 mg tablets in the near future___very optimistic!

I take DIM products regularly ans thought I would give this brand a shot due to price. It made me puke all night and until noon the next day. I had to miss work. I tried to return the item but it wouldn't let me and only allowed me to contact the seller. I never heard back from the seller. Would not recommend this buy.

Dim helps me sleep

After 2 months of using Dim source naturals, my skin is so much better! I know I am estrogen dominant with endometriosis and have chin and neck acne. My skin is so much improved and best it’s been in years!! Definitely recommend!
