It works great so far.
The main thing to know is to NOT use oil on your skin before use. That’s what will make you blister faster than anything else. I have extreme muscle issues in my upper back and neck area. I usually cup that area once a week or so, but doing it myself is difficult. This device makes it so much easier and it works so much better. The only problem is releasing the device if I need to before the 20 minutes is up. It’s hard to get my finger between the cup and my back sometimes. Of course I can’t reach the button to turn it off. It’s saving me a mint in massages.

Be aware, use with caution!
This product doesn't release and creates intense suction that will cause blisters. I purchased this for a family member and they have almost 50 small water blisters where the suction marks were left. The product did not share any of this information.

Strong suction
The media could not be loaded. I love this little jewel. I am a firm believer in the benefits of cupping but being alone makes self cupping with my standard cupping set very near impossible. This works with a single touch and give exceptional cupping power.

Works ok but misleading.
This product has a crazy amount of suction power even on "gear" 1. Be careful and use the pause button to use the right amount of suction. This could cause damage really easy and especially if you do not understand how to use it.Product decision states 12 levels of massage. They are referring to the suction and the act of using it actually. There is no massage. Also the term gears is just referring the levels of suction as well.

Hurts
It's so powerful on 1 that I had to take it off. But I'll get brave and keep trying. Back muscles so tight.

Great
I love this device. It works with great suction. My only issue is, understanding the other buttons beside power. I do not try to figure it out, I just push the power button and place it on the area I need it.
