Plastic inside so the key stops working or you have to fight with it to get the key in. Great concept if the inside wouldn’t damage making it difficult for the key to go in.

Spring tab kept popping out, eventually I realized it works without it.

These are are great. We used them on our RV fridge that constantly popped open when traveling. They worked well, and it's great that they don't relock. They stay in place, so there are no parts to keep track of. We've now added then to cabinets so they stay closed on bumpy roads.
