The hinges aren’t regular hinges– instead they slide into the box when opened. I don’t know the name for this. Everything about this box seemed perfect to me. Measurements of inside are in my photos. I think you have to use the app in order to slide through all the images. Sorry i didn’t rotate them before posting.

Bought this as a gift for my friend to hold her tarot cards and it was a hit. Perfect size and engraving is gorgeous!!

Nice looking box, but need better quality control. The hinge was sprung on one side so the box did not close all the way. Also top rear joints not glued and were loose. Seems they spent more time and care making the cardboard cover box then the product inside it.

Exquisitely made. Perfect to hold many special things…journal, prayer beads, favorite essential oils. Even the cardboard box in which it is shipped is thoughtfully crafted. This will be a favorite gift to share with those I love.

My box arrived yesterday and at first glance the craftsmanship seemed pretty good although the detail on the carving was not as distinct as I had hoped. I noticed some minor flaws which is to be expected from a hand-crafted wooden box. However, on closer inspection, I found a slight warping of the lid which means the box does not close tightly and small cracks near the join of one of the bottom corners. If I had paid more for this item or purchased it as a gift for someone I'd return it. But for my purposes it will still work.

My wife said she didn’t want a box for her hair ribbons, so this sat on a wishlist for over a year. We finished Loki season 2 which ended with him creating the Multiversal Tree of Life. Yggdrasil is on the cover so it became a Christmas gift.

This is a beautiful box that I'm using to keep some keepsakes.

This well made wooden gift box exceeded my expectation.

This “Tree of Life” carved box appears to be beautiful on the website; however cheap hinges and very shallow in depth is insufficient for precious keep sake’s.
