PPD 50 Sheets 8.5x11" Greeting Card Paper Printable with Envelopes Inkjet

I have been making my own greeting cards for many years. For the past couple of years, I had difficulty finding suitable paper that was glossy on the outside with a matte finish on the inside so I resorted to using all matte paper. I purchased this paper to make Christmas cards this year. The glossy finish really made the card pop! I was very pleased. I have a Canon inkjet printer which requires me to feed specialty paper through the rear tray rather than the cassette. I had no problems printing. And, even though the paper was shipped in an envelope instead of a box, there were only a couple of pages that had dented corners. The envelopes are 6x9 inches so they are a little large for the card, but that is a minor point for me. I am thrilled to be able to print glossy cards again (at a reasonable price)!

I use this product to make my own blank notecards, with a graphic on the front and "Ken's Kreative Kards" or "Better 'n Hallmark" or something similar at the bottom of the back leaf. I had to fuss with the magnification just a little to make a truly borderless print of the graphic on the front, but once done, I use the same format for any graphic I want to print, so new card styles are trivial to create. The print side of the paper is beautifully glossy, and everyone I have written to has responded (always by email!) telling me so. The paper could be a little bit thicker, but it is certainly thick enough to make great notecards as is. I also like the fact that the cards are half-fold, which translates to large graphics on the front and lots of writing space within. Highly recommended for all who have graphics to share and who still persist in the fine pastime of letter-writing!

I love the quality of the cards themselves. the ink dries almost instantly and the colors are vibrant. That said, I have to manually send the paper back thru the printer for double sided because the paper is a little too thick (which isn't that big of a deal) and the envelopes are way too big for the cards. When sending them through the mail you will have to add more than one stamp or it will be sent back! So 4.5/5 stars, but I would rather say 5 instead of 4 when using their star rating because again, it isn't that large of a deal.

Here is your printer paper for printing out cards to send to your family or friends or enemies. Two important points about it. 1. The envelopes that ship with the package, are slightly larger than US First Class Letter sizes. Your letters may be returned if you don't affix additional postage. 2. You may find that your printer has problems feeding and printing on this paper, due to its thickness... If your printer has this problem, check the back or side of the printer for feeding one sheet at a time to the printer. I have a Brother MFC-J985DW and it jammed continuously on this paper. But feeding it one sheet at a time, worked out fine and the cards were nice.

I USED THESE BLANK CARDS TO MAKE MY 6 YEAR OLD NEICE A BIRTHDAY CARD AND SHE LOVED SEEING HER PICTURE ON THE CARD! THE GLOSSY TEXTURE MAKES FOR A BEAUTIFUL APPEARANCE! LARGE ENOUGH TO PRINT IN A VERY LARGE TEXT IF DESIRED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

The print quality was so bad, I threw the pack away after I tried 3 different photo cards. The ink smeared so much the photos were almost unidentifiable. The ink rubbed off on my hands when handling the cards. I am sorry that I bought the large pack. At least I have the envelopes to use on the photo card paper I will replace this with! The price was too good to be true!

Sheets are toooooo thick to make it up and around and out the printer. If you have a bottom feed printer that rolls the sheet up and around, prints and comes out the top, probably will NOT work in your printer. I have an Epson all in one. I have another printer that feeds from the top and goes straight through and comes out the front, did good with this one. Sometimes it had issues feeding. Nice and glossy and images came out sharp and clear.

I am now on my second order of these and can tell you they are great value for money. They come all ready with the score mark down the middle for easy folding. Glossy on the front and rear making them great for pictures/Photos. On the inside is Matt which is great for text and also artwork/Drawings. They come complete with envelopes which saves you time and money sourcing them. Ont he downside I would like to have seen them a little bit thicker maybe 28 or 300 but still stand up quite well and look great along side any shop card you will have seen. Highly recommended for ease and quality.

Printed some images of paintings to sell as greeting cards. They look great. Will definitely buy again.

This was exactly what I was looking for to make my own Christmas cards this year. Excellent quality, plus it included the envelopes as well. I will be ordering these again next time
