I bought this file because I only need it for about 30 minuets each month. The hand piece no longer holds the Drill tip in the hand piece, rendering the drill as an unsafe product. There is no way to send a video. Please send hand set asap because of the full warranty. Thank you.

Faulty handle and no way to contact seller.
Have had drill since end of May 2022 and now have issues with the handle. Keeps cutting out as there is something wrong with the cable that goes from handle to the base unit. I have been trying to find a way to contact seller but I am unable to do so. Spent a lot of money to have this and now it's useless. If the seller contacts me I will change my rating as it worked great before this happened.
