Best Ever! This was a gift to my wife, and she has become more organized in labeling food, craft drawers, wine shelves, etc. The unit is reliable and easy to use. Runs on a charge for a long time - over a couple months and is used 2 -3 times a month for an hour or two per use.

15 fonts, 3 font sizes, tons of borders, can't remember all the size tape it does, but I have .75" or something like that I used. And a 1/2". I've already used 2 whole cartridges just labeling boxes for moving or if we don't, at least i know what's in them and it gets it out of the house. The label maker is so nice. I can see what's in our boxes. I used it for kitchen storage. I made decorative name stickers for Christmas gifts. I used it for wrapping presents and sticking names on the gifts. I haven't tried it with batteries, but I used a friend of mine with batteries which is very convenient, so I will probably do that next time. I'd like to be mobile with it. Have yet to hook it up to my phone or computer, that's next!

Had to replace my 20year old P-Touch labeler. So far this one works great but doesn't auto-cut labels

Much to like about this PTouch labeler in terms of features, but as many have said the LCD leaves something to be desired as it doesn't have backlighting and can be tough to read. I purchased it to replace a Brother PTouch labeler that was over 10 years old and still working. I'd misplaced it, finding it only when I purchased this one. (It figures!) I did purchase one that could use larger tape sizes, and I'm glad I did, as that was more important to me than the features like being able to put a frame around the text. Printing labels works if you have power. This one takes AA batteries or uses the included AC adapter. One problem, I received the incorrect adapter for this model in the new, sealed box. I went to the Brother website and registered my product - twice. Two different serial numbers; one on my labeler and one on the box, different numbers so I'm not sure what happened in packaging the labeler I received. After I registered my product I sent a message to customer support. Within 12 hours I had a reply, asking where I'd purchased it, asking for proof of purchase (sent them the Amazon receipt) and my mailing address for them to send me a replacement AC adapter for this model. There was no cost, and they got me the correct adapter within 5 business days. I tested the labeler with both 1/2" and 3/4" tape (must be P-Touch cartridges, but can be off brand to save money). It worked as expected, but one error in printing; cutting off the text. I was using it with batteries until the AC power adapter arrived. The labeler's size makes it a little tough to hold in small hands and it's somewhat slick, so I had to take care not to drop it. Leaving it on a desktop works best for me, but it is quick and not too noisy. The tape cutter is manual and the button feels like you should take care when depressing it. Changing P-Touch tape cartridges is simple and easy. Typing is as good as it can be for this type of keyboard size. Neither the keyboard nor the LCD have backlighting, which would be the main upgrade I would wish for in this device. In low light conditions it's tough for me to see, but it works and the tape sticks to any slick, hard surface, as well as paper and/or folders in my home office. Overall, I like it and the ability to print large labels on battery power or with AC connectivity.

I used this label maker to label my entire kitchen, and it did it so quickly and made absolutely beautiful labels. It's super easy to use and set up and it's compact size and optional battery operation make it really nice to carry around with me as I make and stick labels on things. The resolution of the labels are good but you can see pixels if you look closely, so just don't expect it to be pixel free like most modern paper printers are. It's maybe a little pricier than some other models or brands, but I chose this one because I can connect it to a computer and access a ton more fonts, borders, and templates I can from the internet, which really makes it future proof since you aren't limited to the options on the device forever. The functionality and ease of use of this label maker are top tier, and I absolutely recommend it and a few colors of TZe tapes to anyone that wants to do some organizing. I got some white on black tape to label my kitchen as you can see and I absolutely love the look, I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to up their organization game.

The software (Windows) works very well and the Label Maker does exactly what it should. It is easy to use (with software), I don't like any of the labeler's keyboards or ergonomics, so the PC software is a MUST. What can I say? It prints labels, does its job well and is easy to use with a computer.

Love Brother Products. Been using this label maker to label Perfume Oil bottles. What I like mosy is that I can connect it to my desktop computer and design the label before printing them.

No lo se porque los cartuchos son muy caros y el que viene con el producto no es la medida porque no cierra

Me gusta su fácil manejo No me gusta que desperdicie un tramo al imprimir En general es muy práctica.

Bought this higher unit on sale and so far works perfectly and does a great job of printing legible labels
