Dreadful. Cheap fabric and poorly made. Seems are dreadful, not uniform and there are loose threads hanging. Totally unfinished with no QC at all. Does not fit anywhere due to weird proportions.The image of the coat on Amazon is totally misleading. The fabric is awful, like cheap felt and the actual cut of the coat is nothing like the image. The waist was so high up it sat on my ribcage and I am 5.8" tall, slim build (UK 8) and normal proportions. I wanted a cute coat of this style to wear to an important event but was very disappointed. So much of this stuff from China is misleading and just cheap, quickly knocked together rubbish - I won't be purchasing again.The stinger is that I have to pay to return it!!

DO NOT BUY!Firstly, don’t let the seller name CloeEU fool you, this coat is coming from China.The coat is nothing like the picture, far shorter and the waist is at chest level. The buttonholes don’t match up and the fabric is a kind of thin felt.Typically, when I asked for a refund they used the ‘ can you gift it to a friend and we’ll give 20% discount’ tactic Chinese companies use. I refused as the return collection was already underway and I would no longer have a friend if I gave them this horrible coat!Their offer then became 30% so I refused again and sent pics of it. (Plus it had already been collected by Royal Mail).They finally offered a full refund. So, my advice would be to dig your heels in when a product is this shoddy. DO NOT BUY

Lovely coat. Unfortunately no pockets

Lovely coat but I ordered a large size but received extra large. I am very disappointed with this seller they have taken my money. They have given me a refund of £3 which means lost out on £18. I am left with a coat that doesn’t fit and nobody else wants it. I am 70 years of age living off a state pension I am feeling so unhappy. I did send this item back to the address given but Royal Mail sent it back to me saying there is no address of the one given to me

I am sorry to say that this item was not of a good quality, the material was poor, the fit indicated that it was XL, but I consider that it was actually more a small.
