WOODRIVER Dust Connection 4" to 1" Flexible Multi-Step Reducer Dust Collection Fitting

This material took a lot of close-range heat from my heat gun before it became flexible. I was expanding it to fit over a 4" duct adapter. I also expanded the other end for a tight fit over a 2" central vacuum pipe. The whole assembly, including a 120mm fan, is a quiet cat litterbox area exhaust unit that vents through the floor and works pretty well.NOTE that the 4" end is the size of a 4" duct adapter. You can slip a 4" flex duct onto it as it is.

Bought to fit on a vent fan- with done wrangling, got it on the fitting. Worked great for my use.

I think it will fit various outlets but it's a hard plastic. I haven't installed it yet.

I turns out that of the two pieces of equipment that I use these on, neither quite fits the exhaust port quite right. The hope would be that the flat sections (the steps) of the fitting are not the same size as either of my ports, so I have to use the areas between the steps, and because they are angled, the fitting keeps coming out. I would not purchase this again.

This is a great product. Very sturdy but flexible enough that you can make it fit what you need... just takes a bit of wiggling and turning.I would definitely recommend this!

Works but can't handle high temps...
