It was my first time to purchase the Soy Milk Maker. I ran into a problem due to a voltage fluctuations when I used the 1st one that I purchased. After numerous email communication with the Seller. They are very efficient.. They also showed their deepest concern about how the customer felt about their product. They agreed to send me another new one.When I received the 2nd one, the machine ran very well. The milk that I made (see attached photo) was smooth and creamy, which was what I wanted. The 2ndphoto showed what it looked like after I made the milk. The cleaning feature works perfectly, the 4th photo showed what it looked like after the cleaning.I highly recommend this Nut Milk Maker. You won't regret.

There is a smell from inside of the soy milk maker

I’m a soy milk lover and have had multiple soy milk makers, but those were either cumbersome to clean, required pre-soaking of soybeans, or too bulky and takes a lot of space. This one solved all those problems, it’s small enough just like a medium sized pitcher, all I needed is to add two little cups of soybeans (the cup is included with the package, along with a few other draining and cleaning tools), set the machine to “soy milk”, add tap water to “hot water” line, and 20 minutes later a perfectly made cup of soy milk is ready. The size is just perfect for one person, the process is so simple and easy. The machine first heats up the water (takes about 2 minutes), then starts grinding soybeans in short spurts until it’s done. The noise level is much lower than the bigger machines I had before. The controls are tapped by a soft touching button. All in all a great product. Highly recommended!

The Soy Milk Maker was working fine. However, it shows an error code of E4 couple weeks before the one year anniversary. The user's manual does not include the error code and how to fix it. I looked through the manual and no contact information for customer services.

I can made fresh soy milk anytime now within 25 mins. It gets tricky to use the timer. Once I get it, now piece of cake. Highly recommend if you like fresh soy milk. Using the timer I get a large cup every morning.

I like the ease of use. I save about 50% making my own soy milk. Wished I had bought it sooner.

This soymilk maker is quick and delivers some good "milk". you can add other beans to find your favorite blend - I like soybeans, red beans, sesame seeds, green beans, and a dash of dry plum. No complaint about the quality but it is hard to clean. This is especially if you do two batches back to back. The natural sugar will be burnt and the bottom is tough to scrap clean.

I used a almond milk recipe I found online. It worked great and tasted yummy! Only took about 20 minutes also. If your looking for a way to make your own milks, this product is for you ! Happy with my purchase.
