Great hitch, Aligns easily, Very sturdy if you follow instructions and torque it down properly with a toque wrench, recommend adjusting it all the way in so you can reinstall the plastic cover from the factory, have yet to find a aftermarket bezel for the new Grand Cherokee WL, installation is not easy or simple and would recommend watching a YouTube video or bring it to the garage if you are not comfortable with possibly damaging the plastic clips, even with the video guide you will probably break a clip or two in the process like I did, when pulling back on the plastic painted bumper shell to remove it during the last step required a LOT of force, more than comfortable, ground clearance is good, doesn't really change anything as far as that, you wouldn't even know its there with the cover in place. If you have a bunch of warning lights on the dash after installation it's because you forgot to reconnect the connections underneath the tail light connections and you should be able to reach up and reconnect those without any disassembly. It won't align perfectly as far as width and when you tighten it down it will adjust the body of the vehicle and I've read that that is normal on unibody vehicles when installing a hitch.

Product is very well made with all the parts needed to make it work. The install is not extremely difficult on the Jeep Grand Cherokee L but it does require removing the entire fascia of the car. Make sure to have somewhere safe to put it so the paint doesnt get scuffed and blue painters tape for the seams. Doing the integrated trailer light wiring is strongly suggested while doing the hitch install.

DO NOT BUY!Absolutely no customer support. Bought and had it sit around before putting it on, only to find most of the installation parts missing. Figured I would call for replacement, and attempted to do so for 3 weeks.THE COMPANY IS OUT OF BUSINESS. No notice, no fanfare - bought by private equity and scrapped. Fit and everything else is good, however had to get bolts at additional cost due to poor packaging and handling by amazon.

Recommend watching a video before installing this, but was pretty straightforward. If you’re putting this in, go ahead and put the wiring harness in at the same time much easier when the rear bumpers off, ask me how I know lol

This is a nice heavy duty trailer hitch with a capacity greater than the vehicle's towing capacity. It installed with no problem. But you do have to remove the rear bumper which is no simple task.

Fits perfectly to a 2024 Jeep Cherokee Limited. Seems very sturdy. The only part I am questioning is the bolt system. The factory ones tightened directly into a threaded hole in the frame. These loosely fit into a predrilled slot in the frame, then get fastened with a nut. I used thread lock and tried tightening them to the max, but if they loosen over time, I'll have to keep tightening them and they are not easy to reach once the bumper is back on.Definitely not an install for a rookie. You need to completely disassemble the bumper, electrical wires, etc.. and should have a helper. Good Luck.

I’ve put two of these on 2022 and 2021 grand Cherokee L. Watch some videos on the install and they are very easy. They are well made, heavy duty. I’ve pulled trailers and slid in cargo carriers. Trailer wiring sold separately.
