This is top notch technology. If you're using it on the floor to pop your back DON'T forget to keep your knees up or it'll only feel good, if you want great back pops keep your knees UP

Yes back relief, no back cracking like on TikTok
I bought hoping to have my back cracked. After a long day of gym and work, id love my back cracked.Lying down on it even on level 3 with the board bent closest to a crisp V shape didnāt do it. After this realization, I realized this isnāt what i was looking for. I still need a buddy to crack my back for me lol. I believed the hype, bought the product, and discovered it didnāt do what I wanted it to: crack my back.

Iām being generous with my review
I donāt understand how this has so many positive reviews, because it didnāt work for me. Instead of helping me stretch my back it caused it to hurt. I used it once and never again. My back hasnāt been the same since.Awful. I would NOT recommend.

Great durability, either works for u or it doesn't
Came with 2 foam pads, the lowest setting is probably all you need if you aren't very flexible.

Does not crack
I thought it would crack the back but doesnāt, BUT it does stretch it out and relive a lot of pain from my back which is a plus!
