stains
For some reason after i washed the duvet cover with no usage of it, it had spot stains all over the place!? Is anyone else having this problem? They feel soft and what not but staining after an unused first wash is not acceptable for the price point. Very disappointed in this.Edit* I added on two stars because their customer service got a hold of me and have been incredibly helpful

The oversized king needs more ties
First, love this duvet cover! Super soft, very light, easy to put on.Purchased the OVERSIZED KINGI had to see in (I did it by hand) 2 extra ties & loops on top by head, and on both sides to keep my duvet cover and fill together. BECAUSE THIS COVER IS SO SOFT, IT ACTUALLY "SLIDES." Yes, I would definitely purchase again. But for both size kings, you may need more ties.

Royal Hotel duvet cover
This is the softest and most comfortable duvet cover! It is easy to put on and is soft and luxurious. My husband and I liked it so much we ordered another in a different color!

Wouldn't Recommend
This is an okay duvet, but the problem is that after one wash it shrinked up so much that it was ruined. It no longer is oversized. Ugh.

holding up very well. Spot cleaning is a breeze and stains come out. Soft, silky and very comfortable. A great buy!

Shrinks
At first the duvet is great, but dont wash it...it shrunk and now is useless. My down comforter no longer fits. I am so dissapointed.
