First of all, understand that this is a remote-controlled, flying video camera that only costs $50. Use it as instructed and intended, and it is an amazing piece of technology and engineering that you could only dream about 5 or 10 years ago.The good news: This is a pretty tough little quad copter. Flying it at reasonable speeds, it survives crashes and obstacles very well. It comes with spare propellers if you should mangle one or two after a crash. As advertised, this is a small quad copter that you can pack away and take anywhere easily. The camera offers acceptable pictures and video, darn good for the price. The camera lens can be angled downward, offering a birds-eye view from height. I can see this being useful for real estate promotions to show a house, a yard, and a neighborhood in online sales listings.Once this thing is airborne overhead, it is pretty quiet in flight. I have been places where folks have been flying bigger drones that were really annoyingly loud. With this little drone, you can shoot some quick video and bring it back and put it away without being (too much) a nuisance . If you ask permission beforehand, some folks will be curious to see the footage and you can get into some nice discussions of photography and the drone hobby.The bad news: The recommended flight controller available through a download from the instruction manual did not work using my Moto 5G Plus phone. I downloaded a diferrent flight controller app from Google Play (containing the same app functions and almost the same interface as the dud included with the drone) and I was off to the sky. You may need to try different apps (there are several out there for quad copters) to find one to work with your phone and/or operating system.Battery life is short. Planning your location and your flight ahead of time is important if you want to make the most of the limited flight time.Recognize that this is a small, light, hobby drone. Don't use it in the wind. Practice with it before you take it to a location where it might get away due to pilot error. It's a $50 wonder if you use it as intended.Five stars for the drone. Zero stars for the software app as it doesn't work on my phone. Overall, 4 stars --one star knocked off for the trouble finding the app on Google Play that worked for me.

Drone by itself very tiny when it folded, can even fit my pocket.What extra included: power cord and set of propellers with installation tool.Flying inside the apartment don’t recommend at all, cause it doesn’t stay in one place, so you can hit the wall, vase or somebody. Also, don’t recommend flying in a wind, the drone can flew away very easy.About control, I downloaded JY UFO app from android market, turn ON wifi and good to go. Drone has 3 grades of speed, tried 60% and it's more than enough for this tiny drone.In the app I found many great features like gravity sensor mode, track route, altitude hold.It is a cool toy for adults who want to shot some pictures or teach kids how to control the drone.

At first the drone is a little hard to control but you can get the hang of it. However I can say from experience, do not fly it in the wind. And only fly it in a wide open area. I was trying to fly it in my neighborhood but I went too high and lost wifi connection and that sucker was gone. The wind took it and it was out of sight before I knew it. Almost like it was trying to escape. Lol Thankfully it's not expensive, so it's not the c worst loss. And it was really fun to fly. Probably gonna get another one. But learn from my mistakes, read the manual (even if is written in broken English) and had the warnings therein.

I pretty tech savvy and these instructions and the app are ridiculous. You get what you pay for. This product is just cheap and a waste of money. If you want to buy a decent drone, spend a little more and get a product that you can actually use.

This little drone really does work like it shows on the video. The instructions are classic Chinese indecipherable but there are youtube videos that show how the controls work on your cell phone. It works perfectly on my iPhone and I am flying it pretty comfortably after only 4 or 5 times to learn it and get used to it. No I want a bigger drone!

Nice little drone. If you have an iPad, use the app on there to fly it. Much easier with a bigger screen to control it. DON'T fly with a breeze! It's not powerful enough to fly in.

I tried and tried to make this thing work, but no luck. I even had someone else help me get it going. The app is horrible and inconsistent. The instructions are a joke. Then Amazon penalized me for returning it so late (but within the return window) by taking more than $10 off the price I paid. I just needed a reason to keep the product so it's ridiculous I didn't get a full refund.

This thing really takes off if you want it to. No prop guards so take it outside have a blast. Takes great photos and video. 2 megapixel
